Pharmacodynamics

Enzystal-P is a digestive enzyme preparation that replenishes the deficiency of pancreatic enzymes and has amylolytic, proteolytic and lipolytic effects. The pancreatic enzymes included in the composition of the product, such as alpha-amylase, lipase, chymotrypsin, trypsin, are involved in the breakdown of fats to fatty acids and glycerol, proteins to amino acids, starch to monosaccharides and dextrins. The active substance Enzystal-P contributes to the normalization of digestion processes, improvement of the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), provides complete and rapid digestion of food, reduces the severity of symptoms resulting from digestive disorders (feeling of fullness and heaviness in the stomach, diarrhea, flatulence). Trypsin contained in pancreatin inhibits the stimulated secretion of the pancreas, exhibiting an analgesic effect. From the dosage form, pancreatic enzymes are released in the small intestine (under the influence of its alkaline environment), since the tablets are coated with a coating that protects against the action of gastric juice.
