Release form and drug composition

Pikovit is produced in the form of a syrup for oral administration in 150 ml vials of dark glass. The bottle is packed in a cardboard box with the attached detailed instructions and a measuring spoon for the convenience of calculating a single dose of the drug.
Syrup is a thick substance with a brown tinge and a pronounced orange smell. The composition of the syrup includes the following components:
    Vitamin A 900 IU;
    Vitamin D3 100 IU;
    Vitamin C 50 mg;
    Vitamin B1 1 mg;
    Vitamins B2 and B5 2 mg;
    Vitamin B12 1 µg;
    Vitamin B6 600 micrograms;
    Vitamin PP 5 mg.
In addition, the syrup contains auxiliary components: sucrose, agar, orange oil, glucose, flavoring, purified water.

Pikovit syrup is a complex multivitamin remedy, the effect of which is due to the components contained in the preparation.
Vitamin A (retinol) takes an active part in the process of production of proteins, fats, mucopolysaccharides, ensures the normal functioning of the organs of vision and the integrity of the skin.
Vitamin D3 is actively involved in maintaining the balance of calcium and phosphorus levels in the child’s body, strengthens bone tissue and increases bone strength.
B vitamins normalize the activity of the central nervous system. They are directly involved in the process of blood formation, they maintain the normal structure of hair, nails, teeth, gum condition.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) improves the permeability of the vascular wall, protects the child's body from the negative effects of free radicals, increases the body's resistance to viral infections, stimulates the formation of growth hormones, reduces inflammation in the body.
Vitamin PP (nicotinamide) and vitamin B5 - the most important coenzymes that are actively involved in the synthesis of protein, fatty acids and cholesterol in the body.

Contraindications for Pikovit syrup

Method of application and dosing regimen

    Children 1-3 years old - 2.5 ml syrup 3 times a suicide;
    Children 4-6 years - 5 ml 3 times a day;
    Children over 6 years old 5 ml 4 times a day.

Side effects
