Indications

Peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer, cholelithiasis, smooth muscle spasm of the abdominal organs, biliary colic, renal colic; bradycardia, atrioventricular block; hemorrhoids, anal fissures.

Composition

Active ingredient: Belladonna extract thick 15 mg.

Mode of application

Interactions

The belladonna reduces or eliminates the effect of m-cholinomimetics, anticholinesterase agents.
Potentiates arrhythmogenic effect of MAO inhibitors, cardiac glycosides, clonidine, cholinolytic properties of quinidine, procainamide, effects of barbiturates, adrenomimetics, antihistamines, tranquilizers.
With lead acetate, calcium salts, tannin, tincture of lily forms a precipitate.

Side effects of Belladonna extract

Dry mouth, mydriasis, accommodation paresis, intestinal atony, dizziness, tachycardia, urinary retention, skin flushing age photophobia.

Special instructions
