Release form and composition

Airtal is produced in the form of round white tablets with an engraving on one of the sides "A". Each tablet contains:
    The active ingredient - aceclofenac in the amount of 100 mg;
    Auxiliary substances - microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, povidone and glyceryl distearate.
In blister packs of 10 tablets.

Pharmacological effect of Airtal tablets

The active ingredient has anti-inflammatory, heat-reducing and analgesic effect. Aceclofenac contributes to the suppression of the production of prostaglandins, and thus helps to relieve pain in the place of localization of the inflammatory process, and also prevents the development of fever. In case of rheumatism, aceclofenac significantly reduces the force of pain, relieves the stiffness of movements in the morning, relieves swelling of the joints, which improves the general condition of the patient.

Indications for use

Contraindications

Use during pregnancy and lactation

    Allergic reactions: skin rash, pruritus, urticaria, bronchospasm, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, eczema, erythroderma, vasculitis, Lyell's syndrome. It is also possible the development of anaphylactic shock and angioedema.
    On the part of the gastrointestinal tract and liver: nausea, vomiting, abnormal stool, epigastric pain, digestive disorders, spasm of the smooth muscle layer of the intestine, loss of appetite and increased activity of liver enzymes. In addition, the development of erosive and ulcerative lesions of the mucous membrane of the organs of the gastrointestinal tract, stomatitis, pancreatitis, hepatitis and gastrointestinal bleeding is possible.
Airtal cream or suspension when applied topically may cause local (at the site of application): swelling, irritation, erythema, pruritus, and increased photosensitivity. And the general reaction of the body - weakness, muscle spasms.

Overdose

Excessively high doses of the drug lead to the following consequences:
    nausea and vomiting;
    thirst;
    hyperventilation;
