Release form and composition

The composition of 1 tablet includes active substances:
    Substance - 157.5 mg (contains viable dried cells of Lactobacillus delbrueckii spp. Bulgaricus strain 51 (LB-51) - not less than 1 × 102 cells);
    Lactic acid - 6.3-12.6%;
    Protein - 25-35% (in terms of total nitrogen - 4-5.6%).
Auxiliary components: magnesium stearate, sucrose (up to 900 mg).

Pharmacological properties

The Gastropharm includes live lactobacilli Lactobacillus bulgaricus-51 (LB-51). These microorganisms and their metabolic products with biological activity (polypeptides and polysaccharides, malic and lactic acids, some alpha-amino acids, nucleic acids), as well as a high concentration of proteins (25-30%) favorably affect the gastrointestinal mucosa, activating the processes regeneration of the mucous membrane of the duodenum and stomach.
