Composition

1 set of AlfaVit 50+ consists of 3 tablets of different colors:

tablet No. 2 (blue): E 15 mg, B6 2 mg, B2 1.6 mg, Beta-carotene 3 mg, Nicotinamide (PP) 16 mg, Magnesium 60 mg, Manganese 2.3 mg, Selenium 55 μg, Zinc 15 mg, Iodine 150 mcg, Lycopene 1 mg, Lutein 1 mg;
Tablet No. 3 (white): B5 (Calcium Pantothenate) 5 mg, B12 3 µg, D3 5 µg, H (Biotin) 30 µg, K 65 µg, Calcium 300 mg, Chromium 20 µg

Contains 13 vitamins, 9 minerals, lutein, lycopene and beta-carotene.
ALFAVIT 50+ includes vitamins, minerals and other useful substances in precisely those quantities that are necessary for people over 50 years old. Its composition corresponds to the norms of consumption of biologically active substances established in the Russian Federation, and also takes into account the recommendations of nutritionists and gerontologists.
The components of the complex are effective in the prevention of osteoporosis, diseases of the eyes, joints, cardiovascular system and other age disorders.

Component Properties

The division of the daily dose of the vitamin-mineral complex ALFAVIT into 3 tablets, each of which contains only combined substances, allows to eliminate the negative interactions of the components. For example, calcium and iron are diluted on different tablets, because the first mineral reduces the absorption of the second half. By taking into account all known facts of interaction of substances, the effectiveness of vitamin prophylaxis increases by 30–50%.
