Release form and composition

Dosage form - plant collection in the form of a crushed mixture or powder: raw materials from heterogeneous particles of dark green color with numerous inclusions of yellow, brown, orange, gray, white, with a fragrant odor; water extraction with a bitter-spicy, slightly cooling taste (crushed raw materials: 30 g, 35 g, 40 g, 50 g, 60 g, 70 g, 75 g or 100 g in a paper bag, in a cardboard bundle 1 packet; 50 each g in a polypropylene bag, in a cardboard bundle 1 bag; powder: 1.5 g or 2 g in a filter bag, in a cardboard bundle 10 or 20 filter bags).

Pharmacodynamics

The effect of the drug is due to a combination of substances contained in the five components of its composition:
    Buckthorn bark: anthraglycosides, tannins, saponins;
    nettle leaves: mineral salts, carotene, vitamins C and K, tannins;
    peppermint leaves: menthol;
    rhizomes of calamus swamp: essential oil, acorin, tannins;
    rhizomes with valerian roots: borneol, ester of isovaleric acid and borneol, free valerianic and other organic acids, alkaloids (valerin, hatinin), sugars, tannins.

Indications for use

    symptomatic therapy of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract with spastic pain;
    constipation (as a laxative).

Contraindications

    intestinal obstruction;
    calculous cholecystitis;
    gastrointestinal bleeding;
    acute stomach syndrome;
    acute inflammatory pathologies of the abdominal organs;
    pregnancy period;
    breast-feeding;
    age up to 12 years;
    hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Ready infusion of plant materials taken orally, 100 ml in the morning and evening.
Recommendations for the preparation of infusion:
    ground mixture: 1 tablespoon (approximately 5 g) of collection is placed in an enamel bowl, filled with 200 ml of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and infused for 30 minutes in a boiling water bath, then for another 10 minutes at room temperature. After filtering and squeezing out the remaining raw materials, it is necessary to bring the volume of the obtained infusion to 200 ml, adding boiled water;
    powder: 2 filter bags are placed in an enameled or glass vessel, 200 ml of boiling water is poured, covered with a lid and infused for 30 minutes (the contents of the vessel should be stirred periodically). Having taken out and squeezed out the filter bag, the volume of the obtained infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Before taking the infusion is recommended to shake.

Side effects
