Release form and composition

Dosage form of release Grammidin neo-resorption tablets: white, biconvex, round, with the inscription GR on one side (in blisters of 6 pcs., In a cardboard bundle of 2-4 blisters; in blisters of 9 pcs., In a cardboard bundle of 2 blisters )
Active ingredients in 1 tablet:
    cetylpyridinium chloride - 1 mg (cetylpyridinium chloride monohydrate - 1.05 mg);
    Gramicidin C - 3 mg (Gramicidin C dihydrochloride - 3.2 mg).
Additional components: mint flavoring - 25 mg; colloidal silicon dioxide - 5 mg; potassium acesulfame –15 mg; talcum powder - 60 mg; sorbitol - 1065.75 mg; magnesium stearate - 25 mg.

Grammidin neo is one of the combined drugs used to treat diseases of the throat and oral cavity of an infectious-inflammatory nature.
Its action is due to the properties of the incoming components:
    gramicidin C - an antimicrobial agent that is active against pathogens of infectious diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx; increases the permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of the microbial cell, which leads to a violation of its stability and cell death;
    cetylpyridinium chloride - an antiseptic; helps to suppress the growth and reproduction of pathogens of infectious diseases localized in the oral cavity.
The main effects of Grammidin neo:
    reduced inflammation, easier swallowing;
    the development of hypersalivation, which contributes to the mechanical cleansing of microorganisms of the oral cavity and pharynx;
    mitigation of discomfort in the throat.

Pharmacokinetics
