Instructions for use

Recommended daily doses for adults, depending on the evidence:
    Acute infections of the genitourinary system: 1000 mg once.
    Peptic ulcer disease associated with Helicobacter pylori (as part of combination therapy): 1000 mg for 3 days.
    Respiratory tract infections: 500 mg, the duration of treatment is 3 days (i.e. the total course dose is 1500 mg).
    Infections of the skin and soft tissues, as well as stage I Lyme disease: Day 1 - 1000 mg, then 500 mg over the next 4 days (total course dose - 3000 mg).
The dose for children is determined depending on the weight - at the rate of 10 mg per kilogram of body weight 1 time per day in a 3-day course or according to the following scheme: Day 1 - 10 mg / kg, for the next 3-4 days - according to 5-10 mg / kg.
In Lyme disease (borreliosis) for the treatment of the initial stage of erythema migrans, children are prescribed at a dose of 20 mg / kg on the 1st day and 10 mg / kg from the 2nd to the 5th day.

Contraindications
