Composition Fenuls

    iron sulfate 150 mg;
    iron 45 mg;
    vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg;
    Vitamin B1 2 mg;
    vitamin B2 2 mg;
    Vitamin B6 1 mg;
    nicotinamide 15 mg;
    pantothenic acid 2.5 mg.

Indications for use

What helps Fenuls? According to the instructions, the drug is prescribed for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia due to:
    An increase in the need for iron during intensive growth, during pregnancy, breastfeeding, convalescence after severe and prolonged illnesses;
    Unbalanced and malnutrition;
    Long bleeding (with stomach and duodenal ulcers, metrorrhagia, hyperpolymenorrhea);
    Hypovitaminosis group B.
It is additionally used in preparation for planned surgical interventions, with hookworm.

Instructions for use Fenuls, dosages

The drug is taken orally after a meal, washed down with clean water (not tea!).
Standard dosages recommended by the instructions for use Fenuls, depending on the indications:
    Treatment of iron deficiency - 1 capsule \ from 1 to 2 times a day, a course of 1-2 months;
    Prevention of iron deficiency (prolonged and heavy menstrual bleeding) - 1 capsule per day for 1-2 days before, during and 1-2 days after menstruation;
    Prevention of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant and lactating women - 1 capsule \ 1 time per day during the third trimester.
Fenuls can be taken during pregnancy, but before starting therapy, a woman must pass a blood test to assess her clinical picture.

Fenuls as a preparation of iron is not bad, it helped to raise hemoglobin from 80 to 120, which in my case is simply fabulous. True, the stomach hurt from him, as well as from other iron preparations and the doctors shrug their hands, since no one came up with the idea to protect the stomach from this effect. But I have to put up, as soon as he somehow was able to influence my hemoglobin, and before that there were sorbifer, maltofer and some other medicine and I can’t even remember its name.
