The infusion prepared from raw materials is taken orally after meals, and is also used for rinsing, lotions, microclysters and baths.
Cooking method:
ground flowers: 2 tbsp are placed in an enameled bowl tablespoons (about 9 g) of raw materials, pour 0.2 l of hot boiled water, close the lid, put in a water bath and heated for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then the liquid is cooled for 45 minutes at room temperature, the remaining raw materials are filtered and squeezed. Boiled water is added to the resulting infusion until a volume of 0.2 l is obtained. Shake the liquid immediately before use;
powder flowers: 2 filter bags with raw materials (3 g) are placed in an enameled or glass dish, 0.1 l of boiling water is poured, covered with a lid and insisted for 15 minutes. Sachets are periodically pressed with a spoon, then squeezed. Boiled water is added to the resulting liquid to obtain a volume of 0.1 L. Shake the liquid before taking it;
crushed vegetable raw materials: the contents of 1 briquette are poured with 0.2 l of boiling water, put in a water bath and heated for 15 minutes, then filtered. Boiled water is added to the resulting liquid to obtain a volume of 0.2 L.
Ready warm infusion of powder and chopped flowers is taken orally for 2-3 tbsp. spoons 2-3 times a day; ½ – 1 with a glass of warm infusion, rinse the oral cavity and pharynx 3-5 times a day; 50 ml of infusion is used for microclysters 1-2 times a day.
Warm infusion from plant materials is taken orally by 1/3 – ½ cup 3–5 times a day. It is also added to the bath, used for lotions and rinses.
