    active substances: Lactobacillus rhamnosus ATCC 53103 - 5 × 109 CFU (colony forming unit), Bifidobacterium longum CECT 7894 - 5 × 109 CFU, inulin - 500 mg, zinc (in the form of zinc citrate) - 5 mg;
    auxiliary components: fructose (sweetener), maltodextrin (filler), citric acid (E330, acidity regulator), natural pear flavoring, potassium sorbate (E202, preservative), sodium benzoate (E211, preservative), silicon dioxide (E551, anti-caking agent), magnesium stearate (E470, emulsifier), water (solvent).
The content of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria corresponds to the level of recommended daily intake for adults ["Unified sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods subject to sanitary-epidemiological surveillance (control)" of the EurAsEC Customs Union].

Pharmacodynamics

Acipol Active is a biologically active food supplement, the complex composition of which provides the body with live probiotic bacteria necessary for its normal functioning.
The mechanism of action of dietary supplements is due to the following properties of its active components:
    Bifidobacteria longum: balance of intestinal microflora, including a sufficient amount of bifidobacteria, promotes better absorption of food components, the synthesis of vitamins in the intestine, and the optimization of metabolic processes in the body. Bifidobacteria are actively involved in digestion and absorption. The results of clinical studies indicate the important role of Longum bifidobacteria in the normalization of enzymatic digestion of food, peristalsis and evacuation of intestinal contents. They support the normal processes of parietal digestion in the intestine. Lack of bifidobacteria in the intestine can cause dysfunction of the gastrointestinal tract;
    lactobacillus rhamnosus: bacteria help reduce the risk of microflora imbalance (including against stress), increase the nonspecific resistance of the body and its resistance to the development of colds. Reception of lactobacilli rhamnosus protects the body from the adverse effects of drugs and agents (including antibiotics) that adversely affect the quantitative and qualitative composition of the microbiocenosis of the gastrointestinal tract. In addition, the use of bacteria makes up for their deficiency due to errors in the diet, causing a decrease in body weight and fat mass. Lactobacilli produce metabolites that selectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic microflora. They contribute to the formation of lactic acid, which beneficially affects the development of bifidobacteria. They have an immunomodulatory effect;
    inulin: prebiotic, is a nutritional basis for the reproduction and growth of normal intestinal microflora (probiotics). Along with the multiplication and growth of useful own intestinal microflora, inulin helps to stimulate intestinal motility, peristalsis and optimize the digestion process. Potentiation of the growth and activity of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli ensures the maintenance of normal microflora composition. Once in the intestine almost unchanged, inulin becomes a breeding ground for lactobacilli and bifidobacteria. It affects the metabolism of lipids, reducing the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease;
    zinc: a mineral component that is part of the main enzymes involved in various biochemical reactions, processes of synthesis and decomposition of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, nucleic acids. Helps stabilize cell membranes, improve metabolism. Possessing immunomodulatory properties, it is a necessary component of the processes of repair (healing).
According to research results, complexes of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, including lactobacillus ramnosus and bifidobacteria longum, are distinguished by a favorable safety profile and good tolerance, the ability to reduce the risk of developing functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. The property of probiotics to join the intestinal epithelium provides and enhances its barrier function.
Acipol Active is an innovative product of complex composition and action, which, thanks to the unique LONG LIFE CUP technology, retains the strength of living beneficial bacteria and ensures high activity of the prepared suspension throughout the shelf life.
The active components, enhancing and complementing each other's effectiveness, contribute to restoring the balance of intestinal microflora, accelerating the body's adaptation processes, and strengthening immunity.
